PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the handling of a hermetic container of piezoelectric components which are miniaturized and made thinner. SOLUTION: In a hermetic container for piezoelectric components for hermetically sealing a piezoelectric substance contained therein by jointing a container body and a cover section, the external connection electrodes having the same function are provided on the container body and the cover section. The external connection electrode achieves the purpose, by making use of the hermetic container of the piezoelectric components forming the external connection electrode, having the same functions on the container body and the cover section.
