PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lightweight guide section. SOLUTION: A guide unit 5 for a working implement is provided, comprising a guide section 21 constructed so as to follow guide grooves formed in a farm H as the working implement travels and an arm 23 joining the guide section 21 and the working implement's steering mechanism each other; wherein the arm 23 axially supports, in a vertically turnable way with a transversely extending first shaft 33, the guide section 21 on the working implment 1 so that the guide section 21 is followable to the vertical variations of the ground. This guide unit 5 has a cushioning mechanism 24 including a lever 46 with its lower end side turnably axially supported with a second shaft 45 transversely extending toward the guide section side off the first shaft 33, a link 49 with its one end side turnably axially supported with a third shaft 47 transversely extending toward the upper end side of the lever 46 and its other end side turnably axially supported with a fourth shaft 48 transversely extending toward the working implement side off the first shaft 33, and an impelling means 50 impelling so as to narrow the divergent angle B between the arm 23 and the lever 46 with the second shaft 45 as the center.
