PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film suitable for a flexible transparent electrode which has little loss even in a large area, has no problem in color of the conductive film, and is strong in bending and has a high resistance against a corrosive gas such as NOx and SOx. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film has a conductive pattern containing silver and a transparent conductive membrane consisting of a conductive polymer compound adjoined on it from a transparent film substrate side on the transparent film substrate. The conductive pattern is formed by installing a layer containing silver halide particles on the transparent film substrate and by forming a metal silver portion of a desired pattern by applying exposure and development processing with a desired pattern, and further, by applying a physical development processing.
