The invention relates to a protective case which is used to house and lock electrical plugs. The inventive case consists of a body comprising two half bodies which are articulated to one another at one of the longitudinal edges thereof and which are equipped with a closure and lock element. Moreover, said bodies comprise an opening therebetween for the passage of the carrier cable from the plug.
