<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing hard magnetic regular alloy phase nano-particles without using a poisonous 0-valent base metal compound. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing nano-particles of a CuAu type or a Cu<SB>3</SB>Au type having a hard magnetic regular alloy phase includes a reducing process of reducing a metal whose oxidizing/reducing potential is base and then a metal whose oxidizing/reducing potential is noble in a liquid phase. Or, this method of manufacturing nano-particles of a CuAu type or a Cu<SB>3</SB>Au type having a hard magnetic regular alloy phase includes a reducing process of reducing a metal whose oxidizing/reducing potential is base, a part of a metal whose oxidizing/reducing potential is noble, and then the rest of a metal whose oxidizing/reducing potential is noble in a liquid phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
