<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of wiring and to expand distribution signal capacity by the band equalization of clocks and data and by optical multilevel transmission. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical distribution device for distributing two clock- synchronized NRZ signals by using one light transmission path, the optical distribution device is provided with a driving circuit 12 (with inverted input) for converting the first NRZ signal to a first RZ signal by ANDing with a clock signal CLK, a driving circuit 12 (without inverted input) for converting the second NRZ signal to a second RZ signal by ANDing with an inverted clock signal, light emitting elements 13 to be respectively driven by the first and second RZ signals, and one light transmission path 20 for inputting and transmitting the light emitting output of the two light emitting elements 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
