ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device including an organic EL element capable of precluding a drop of the yield of products, likely according to a conventional arrangement resulting from a displacement where the EL element is formed.

SOLUTION: A boundary region between light emitting layers is provided on the surface of a second flattened layer 18 in its portion parallel with a glass base board. Electron transport layers 28 are formed independently on the light emitting layers. A lithium fluoride layer 30 and an electron injection electrode 32 are formed one over another commonly on the electron transport layers 28. Accordingly the boundary between electron transport layers 28 is located identical to the boundary between the light emitting layers.
