<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel having high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A glass substrate 30 and a protective material 40 for protecting an organic EL element 12 are formed by a glass material to form the organic EL panel 50 having excellent resistance to changes of temperature. Moreover, the protective material 40 and the glass substrate 30 are formed by a glass material to reduce thickness of the organic EL panel more than a case where a metallic can is used. Furthermore, a degree of freedom in selection of adhesive for bonding both of them mutually is markedly increased when compared with the case where the metallic can is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
