<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a printing work without complicating the accepting work of a digital print. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance machine accepts a digital print order by copying taken image data in a memory card carried by an orderer to a delivery media. When the memory card and the delivery media are set in the acceptance machine, and a copy button is pressed, the acceptance machine examines the data quantity to be copied and the free space of the delivery media. When the free space of the delivery media is insufficient, the effect is alarmed. Since the space confirmation is automatically executed, the accepting work can be reduced. The operator of the acceptance machine exchanges another delivery media, thereby collectively recording the data for one order in one delivery media.
