<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter-receiver system for mailing data simultaneously which effectively gathers and inputs mail addresses of portable telephones and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides a transmitter-receiver system for mailing data out simultaneously and a data recording medium to be used with the system. The data according medium, which is attached to an information terminal such as a portable telephone, is equipped with a means to memorize address list data such as a self-name and address, a telephone number for the information terminal, and an electronic mail address. The data recording medium is equipped with a means to detect a status that the medium is attached to the information terminals, as well as a means to send a trigger signal for managing the addresses, which detects when the medium is attached to the information terminals, decides whether or not the medium is attached to the self-information terminal, and triggers an address management program provided for the information terminals if the terminal is not the self-information terminal. Furthermore, the data recording medium is equipped with a means to transmit the address list data, which transmits the self-address data stored in an address list data memory means to the information terminals but the self-information terminal for transferring the data to the address management program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
