PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make equipment small-sized and to improve the reliability of the equipment by suppressing small the external diameter of a rolled buffer part formed by winding a flexible substrate. SOLUTION: A crank-shaped flexible substrate 40 composed of 1st and 2nd beltlike parts 41 and 42 and an intermediate part 43 is used to connect a 1st circuit 13 in a 1st housing 10 and a 2nd circuit 23 in a 2nd housing 20 to each other. A cylindrical fixed tube 60 which has a slit 61 formed along the length is used to mount the flexible substrate 40. The flexible substrate 40 is characterized in that the intermediate part 32 is stored in the internal space of the fixed tube 60 and the beltlike parts 41 and 42 are led out of the fixed tube 60 through the slit 61 respectively and then wound around the outer circumferential surface of the fixed tube 60, extended into the housings 10 and 20 through opening parts at respective tips, and connected to the circuits 13 and 23.
