Fused proteins binding to Fas which involve peptides containing at least a part of the amino acid sequence of Fas ligand, peptides being capable of forming an oligomer and peptides elevating the productivity of a recombinant protein. Also, a method of using a FLAG-like peptide in order to elevate the productivity of a recombinant protein, and a method of using the same in order to enhance the biological activity of a fused protein of leucine zipper with a transmembrane protein are provided. |
