The invention concerns a point-joint type mounting claw for glass curtain wall, which comprises an arm with four ends and four heads each of which arranged on the each of the end of the arms. Two of the heads are respectively installed on two corresponding arms. The other of the arms are placed straight line and sleeved connecting with a rod, which relatively rotating and translating with the rod. The other of the heads are movably connected on the two ends of the rod by thread. The claw can be adjusted according to the position of the all elements. The glass can be fixed flexibly protected stress concentration and displacement of wind loading, snow loading and temperature and earthquake.
