<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system in which directive system of each work contained in business is made clear, a business support method and a program therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A work procedure information database 22b stores 'AcID' which is information for specifying each work and 'ToID' for defining the next work which is the work to be done next to each work in connection with a person in charge information specifying a person in charge of each work. A next work specifying processing part 26 specifies the next work with reference to the next work defining information from a work procedure information database 22b on the basis of the work specifying information. A person in charge presenting processing part 27 specifies a person in charge information corresponding to the next work specified by the next work specifying processing part 26 with reference to the work procedure information database 22b, specifies a person in charge corresponding to the person in charge information specified with reference to a person in charge list 22c, and presents a list of candidates for the person in charge for conducting the next work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
