PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notice system capable of managing access to a plurality of pages by a plurality of producers.

SOLUTION: The information notice system is provided with: an outgoing information notice means 11 on which outgoing information to be sent to a user is posted; an transmission-of-information member storage means 6 in which member identifying information for identifying a transmission-of-information member related to the outgoing information and an access right that each transmission-of-information member has and is related to the outgoing information are associated with and stored previously; a transmission-of-information member identifying means 7 that identifies a transmission-of-information member who has accessed the information notice system using member identification information stored in the transmission-of-information member storage means; and an access management means 7 that manages a range over which the transmission-of-information member identified by the transmission-of- information member identifying means can access concerning the outgoing information in the information notice system, based on the access right that is stored in the transmission-of-information member storage means and the transmission-of-information member has.
