<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond issuing system for issuing bonds for procuring private funds issued to invest the private funds to public works such as the maintenance of infrastructures. <P>SOLUTION: This bond issuing system is provided with a server of a bond issuing agency, general-purpose personal computers of user agencies, a bond issuing machine in a bond issuing place, and an ID recording medium having user ID information recorded therein. The server transmits information on bonds to the general-purpose computers, establishes the trade of bonds based on the application of purchase of bonds, transmits information on application of purchase of bonds and ID information on users to the bond issuing machine in the bond issuing place to store information on the results of issue of bonds, and calculates the claimed amount of charge for every user agency. The general- purpose computers display ID information to the bond issuing agency, and perform applications for purchase of bonds. The bond issuing machine reads the ID information, collates the read user ID information with the ID information on users transmitted from the server, issues a bond, and transmits the fact of issue of the bond to the server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
