<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional providing method of personnel reshuffle information such as a news site provided by a newspaper publisher that its system cannot be necessarily said to be easily usable because the providing span is irregular, and the providing method takes the form of mentioning not the whole organization but only persons to be reshuffled and consequently, necessary personnel reshuffle information is frequently overlooked. <P>SOLUTION: In this personnel reshuffle information providing method for an information providing device, the information providing device comprises a receiving step for receiving personnel reshuffle information from a personnel reshuffle information provider terminal, an editing step for comparing a reporting condition registered by a user with the received personnel reshuffle information, and editing the personnel reshuffle information to be reported to the user; and a transmitting step for transmitting the edited personnel reshuffle information to the terminal of the user.
