摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which allows user to perform foreign matter and defect identification and noise discrimination at the same time, by properly combining several kinds of structure of electromagnetic sensors, their arrangement techniques, and their burying techniques into an abnormality detecting spacer, and to provide a device for detecting its abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: The electric apparatus is composed of a charge conductor 1, a grounded metallic tank 2, and an abnormality detecting spacer 3 which structurally supports the charge conductor 1 arranged at the center of the metallic tank 2 and electrically insulates the metallic tank 2 from it. A loop-shaped sensor 4 and a plate sensor 5 different in structure and arrangement techniques are buried within the abnormality detecting spacer 3. The loop-shaped sensor 4 is arranged in the shape of a ring surrounding the center axis of the charge conductor 1. The plate sensor 5 opposes the charge conductor 1, and is arranged a specified interval apart from the loop-shaped sensor 4. Electromagnetic signals 6 and 7 obtained by the sensors 4 and 5 are inputted to an internal diagnostic device 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
