PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing device which has a function incorporating a processing procedure corresponding to repeaters more easily and can manage a network system more easily.

SOLUTION: The managing device 130 which manages a plurality of repeaters repeating communication is equipped with a command storage part 230 storing a command processing procedure as a procedure which is executed to manage the repeaters and processes commands common to the repeaters corresponding to the commands and an execution part 220 which obtains the command processing procedure for one repeater corresponding to a command from the command storage part when the command is executed for the repeater and communicates with the repeater according to the procedure described in the command processing procedure.
