PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for fixing a heat sink applicable to various heat sinks and heat generating elements. SOLUTION: The device for pressure fixing a heat sink 3 onto a heat generating element 2 being secured onto a mounting board 1 comprises a resiliently deformable press piece 5 having a part 4 for pressing the upper surface of the heat sink 3, and a piece 6 being coupled with the press piece 5 such that the stop position can be varied in the height direction and being secured to the mounting board 1 side.
