<p>The invention relates to an aldehyde conversion method consisting in bringing an aldehyde into contact with oxygenated water and a catalyst under oxidation conditions. The inventive method is characterised in that the catalyst is a molecular sieve comprising pores having a diameter of at least 0.52 nm and an empirical formula in the calcined and dehydrated form of (SnxTiySi1-x-y-zGez)O2, wherein x is a molar fraction of tin with a value of between 0.001 and 0.1, y is a molar fraction of titanium with a zero value at 0.1 and z is the molar fraction of germanium with a zero value at 0.08.</p> |
