<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system for performing a new customer development in a damage insurance market or building safety measure construction market by collecting information related to the safety measures of a building possessed by a customer, and providing the information to a damage insurance company or a construction agent which performs the construction related to the safety measures of the building. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a damage insurance terminal device provided in the damage insurance company, an agent terminal device provided in the construction agent, and an information management device provided in a system operation organization for providing customer building information by connecting a plurality of terminal devices to the above terminals through a communication network. The information management device comprises a database for registering, every locating area of buildings possessed by customers and every classification related to safety measures of buildings, customer building information of a building that applies the safety measures, and a customer building retrieval means for retrieving, on the basis of a retrieval condition from the damage insurance terminal or agent terminal device, the corresponding customer building information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
