<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Langevin ultrasonic vibrator having a uniform shape to be easily assembled, and a method for manufacturing its ultrasonic vibration element. <P>SOLUTION: The Langevin ultrasonic vibrator 1 is composed of a piezoelectric vibration element 20 in which a plurality of piezoelectric layer 22 each having a plurality of electrodes 23 respectively formed at its front surface and its rear surface, and a pair of insulation layers 21 respectively disposed at both upper and lower end portions of the piezoelectric vibration element are laminated and integrally baked. This results in reducing the number of components and being easily assembled. An electrode pattern 31 provided with a plurality of electrodes is formed facing each other at each of the front surface and the rear surface of a non-baked sheet 30 made of a piezoelectric material. A plurality of non-baked sheets 30 are laminated so that each of the electrodes 23 corresponds to each other with respect to a laminating direction. A pair of non-baked sheets 35 for insulation layer are respectively disposed at both of upper and lower end portions. The piezoelectric vibration element 20 is manufactured by cutting along lamination direction in every electrodes 23 before being integrally baked.
