PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure of a lead-acid battery reducing a possibility of ignition to exhaust gas when a spark is generated in a positive terminal or a negative terminal. SOLUTION: This lid structure 10 of the lead-acid battery has a battery container 11 housing a positive electrode and a negative electrode; a lid member 12 closing the battery container 11; the positive terminal 13 and the negative terminal 14 connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode and protruded outward from the lid member 12; and a plurality of electrolyte pouring port plugs installed in the lid member 12 and pouring an electrolyte to the battery container; a cover member 16 covering the electrolyte pouring port plugs as a whole; and vent plugs 18 installed in the cover member 16.
