PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linked polymer solid electrolyte that is superior in mechanical property and ion conduction. SOLUTION: This is a cross-linked polymer solid electrolyte that is obtained from (A) a siloxane compound having two or more functional groups capable of cross-linking, (B) a polymer having ether linkage containing a functional group capable of cross-linking, (C) an electrolyte salt compound, and (D) a siloxane compound having one reactive group existing as necessary.
