PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding film which has electromagnetic wave shielding properties, transparent non-visibility and good adhesive properties and which can prevent characteristics in an etching step from being deteriorated, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a display. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding film comprises a laminate of an adhesive layer, a transparent base and a metal mesh. The film is mounted on the front surface of the display via the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer has moisture resistance. The adhesive layer has an adhesive force to glass of 40 N/m or more after a moisture resistance test at 60°C, 90% R.H. for leaving the layer for 24 hours. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
