HUB BONDING TECHNIQUE FOR OPTICAL DISK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic hub bonding device capable of improving the production efficiency of hub bonding and saving space without generating a warp or the like on an optical disk. SOLUTION: The automatic hub bonding device is provided with a bonding unit 703, an inspection unit 704 and a stock unit 705. The bonding unit 703 is provided with dispenser devices 720 and 770 for simultaneously applying an adhesive material to many points at equal intervals around an optical disk main body inner diameter hole and a hub bonding device 740 for performing the hub bonding for matching the groove center point of an optical disk main body 5 and the hub hole center point of a hub 6 on the basis of the images of the optical disk main body 5 and the hub 6 taken by one camera 1. The stock unit 705 holds a stock magazine 880 for housing a plurality of the optical disks 500 after the hub bonding in an outward inclined state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
