PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of robbery/destruction by an intruder in a guarding area 1. SOLUTION: When a dangerous state that a window or a door in the guarding area 1 to be a room in which a cash dispenser 6 for a bank is installed is destructed is detected by a sensor 11, a smoking means 12 arranged in the outside of the guarding area 1 is activated. Smoke generated by the smoking means 12 is jetted out from an aperture end 14 of a through hole 28 formed on a wall of the guarding area 1 into the guarding area 1 through a conduit 13. Thereby visibility in the guarding area 1 is interrupted to a level that action in the guarding area 1 is impossible for the intruder so as to give up the rubbery/destruction of the cash dispenser 6.
