<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the diagnosis of the examination site of a patient by a plurality of doctors in remote places without requiring the patient's visit to a plurality of hospitals. <P>SOLUTION: Respective images showing examination sites of each patient are stored in an image storage server 15 and an image reading server 18, and the server 18 is connected to a diagnostic terminal 20 through a VPN 19 by the access from the diagnostic terminal 20 to selectively provide, after authentication of a doctor's ID number, the images of examination sites of each patient from the server 18 to the diagnostic terminal 20 and transmit findings for the examination sites of the patient from the diagnostic terminal 20 to the server 18. The server 18 transfers the findings of each doctor to the image storage server 15. The image storage server 15 manages and stores the images of examination sites and the findings of each doctor by the examination sites of each patient, and transfers the images of examination sites of the patient or the findings of each doctor to a management terminal 17 according to a request from the management terminal 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
