<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor-belt sushi management system capable of properly managing commodities even when the environment is changed. <P>SOLUTION: Functions f<SB>1</SB>, f<SB>2</SB>, etc., are stored every kind of commodities, and the moving distance to disposal of each commodity is calculated on the basis of parameters X, Y, etc., such as the temperature and humidity in a restaurant and the moving speed of the commodity on a conveyor-belt table. The kind of commodity on the conveyor-belt table is judged, and the actual moving distance is measured.
