<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and an IC label capable of clearly recording information on the surface thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A recording sheet 2 having information recorded beforehand is adhered onto an IC card body 18 or an IC label body 27 through a releasable pressure sensitive adhesive agent releasable by a specified processing. Thus, the information can be clearly recorded, and discoloration by direct sunshine and dishonest alteration can be prevented from occurring. In addition, since the sheet is not easily released in use, the recording sheet 2 can be prevented from being lost or dishonestly altered.
