<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to the ensuring of reliability in nursing care insurance system by ensuring high transparency in an in-home care site. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a memory card 1 held by a person to be cared and a portable terminal 2 carried by a nursing care provider. The portable terminal 2 comprises a time-of-day signal generation part for outputting a service start time signal when the memory card 1 is inserted to an information reading slot part 2b, starting the measuring of service time, and outputting, when the service end time comes, a signal of the effect and an end time signal; an information storage means for holding the information for specifying the person to be cared read from the memory card 1, the contents of a care plan therefor, service start and end time information, or the like; a buzzer for outputting a buzzer sound at the service end time; and a printer 2g for printing a confirmation slip including the service contents and the start and end times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
