PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a customer to whom weather data influences his or her business performance greatly to obtain desired information on weather data, thereby supporting improvement of his or her business performance. SOLUTION: The system comprises a weather data procuring step where an atmospheric temperature data procurement and database server procures weather data of a predetermined area, a comparing step where the procured weather data is compared with distribution criteria stored in a distribution criteria storing means and a step where a mail server notifies a customer stored in customers' list storing means by mail that distribution criteria have been met and distributes information on desired weather data to the user.
