PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a parallel processing system which utilizes non-operating time of a terminal device covering all equipments having a calculator, and provide a parallel processing system which controls the amount of points required for each processing. SOLUTION: An external memory 8-2 of a processing terminal device 7-2 sends an authentication ID 41 to a server 3 which verifies authenticity of the ID. The server 3 sends a processing request 42 to the processing terminal device 7-2. The external memory 8-2, if needed, converts all processing commands for received processings into a CPU of the device 7-2, and calculates required points for the amount of counted processings. The external memory 8-2 sends a processing request 42 for the command conversion to the processing terminal device 7-2, and the device 7-2 performs the processing of command conversion and sends a result/response 44 to the external memory 8-2 to store up points and then sends result/response 45 and points 46 to the server 3.
