<p>An organic photoelectric converting device used for a photovoltaic power generator or a photovoltaic power generating system. The device has a photoelectric converting layer made of a block copolymer composed of at least a polymer unit having an electron-donating molecular structure and a polymer unit having an electron-accepting molecular structure. Thus, a photoelectric converting layer enabling suppression of macro phase separation of the donor and acceptor, enabling favorable charge separation, and having a carrier drifting function.</p> |
