<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information code arranging method and an information code reading method for allowing easy and accurate specification of the inspec tion conditions of an object to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: Information codes 30 obtained as an inspection result of the object to be inspected 10 are arranged in parallel on the object 10. An information code 32 including the inspection result of the object 10 and an information code 31 including the inspection conditions of the object 10, when inspected, are arranged in parallel on the object 10. The arrangement position of the information codes 30 on the object 10 is input to printing means and the information codes 30 are printed on the object 10 in the state of fixing the printing means to the object 10.
