<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile portable terminal capable of avoiding undelivered push data and useless replacement of a preserved PDP (Packet Data Protocol) context. <P>SOLUTION: The preserved PDP context is re-established with a prediction for time-out of a time initiated at a changing point from the inside of an area to the outside of the area of a mobile portable terminal 1, and set the time-out smaller than the timer value owned by a relay node 2 because no useless replacement is required in such a way as to be accompanied with a change of an IP (Internet Protocol) address. Thus, the IP address of the portable terminal 1 decided when the preserved PDP context is established and stored into a push contents server is not updated uselessly and miss transmission of the push data due to a mismatch of IP addresses of each terminal 1 is avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
