PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image change detection system capable of providing image change information in detail to a user at all times independently of a transmission timing of image data synchronously with the image data. SOLUTION: The image distribution system, wherein an image distribution apparatus and a communication apparatus are connected by a data transmission medium in order to solve the task above, is characterized in that the image distribution apparatus includes: an image data storage means for storing image data of one frame; an image change information storage means for storing image change information of a plurality of frames; and a data distribution means for distributing the image data stored in the image data storage means and the image change information of a plurality of frames to a communication opposite party, and the communication apparatus includes: a reception means for receiving the data distributed from the data distribution means; and a display means for displaying the image change information of a plurality of frames with respect to the received image data of one frame.
