The exhaust gas cooler has a cooler housing (1) which encloses an inner chamber, flow throughable to cooling water, between two walls (2,3). The cooler housing has a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet between the walls. The cooler housing is made of two half shells which enclose two walls. The inner chamber is narrowed from the former wall to a connecting piece (10a) and is narrowed from the latter wall to another connecting piece (10b). The inner chamber is enclosed from the half shells. |
