PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a satellite signal receiving tuner capable of easily receiving both a BS signal and a CS signal which are frequency-converted into an intermediate frequency signal without expanding the reception frequency band of the tuner. SOLUTION: This satellite signal reception tuner is provided with signal- separating means 4a, 4b, and 4c which separate a plurality of BS and CS right- handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signals of a first frequency band, inputted from the plurality of CS left-handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signals of a second frequency band different from those of the first frequency band, a frequency conversion means 4d which converts the frequency of a CS left-handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signal into the first frequency band, a tuner 4h which selects one of the BS and CS right-handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signals or the CS left-handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signals converted into the second frequency band and demodulates them. One of the CS left-handed circularly polarized wave intermediate frequency signals of the second frequency band is converted into a specific frequency of the first frequency band by the frequency conversion means 4d.
