MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FLAT COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize cost down and mass production, and to shorten a manufacturing period, related to manufacture of a flat coil. SOLUTION: Related to a sheet material 10 wherein a conductive film 3 is applied on an insulation supporting sheet 1 drawn out and fed from a winding body, cuts C1 and C2 of required coil shapes are made in the conductive film 3 by press working. Then a part 3a of the conductive film 3 other than a part 51 of the required coil shape drawn with the cuts C1 and C2 is peeled off. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
