The invention concerns a device for detecting tampering of a wine crate, consisting of four assembled side panels (1, 2) whereon are directly mounted a top panel (3) and a bottom panel. The invention is characterized in that it consists of angle covers (5) having a generally trihedral shape, preferably engaged on all the corners of the crate, each corner cover (5) being fixed to the top panel (3) or to the bottom panel and to the side panels (1, 2), so that any attempt to remove the side panels, or either of the two closure elements results in irreversible deformation or physical integrity degradation of at least one corner cover (5), revealing said attempt. |
