<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for supporting an employee on loan capable of supporting a employee on loan visiting a relay station so as to respectively enhance the installation work/maintenance efficiency and the reliability of the relay station. <P>SOLUTION: The method and system for supporting a employee on loan is provided with: a Web server system 10 for supporting the employee visiting relay stations 3a<SB>1</SB>to 3a<SB>n</SB>for relaying broadcast signals; and a large capacity storage device 31 (refer to Fig. 2) for storing a database 33 for supporting the employee that is built up by cross-referencing facility data for particularizing relay facilities 12, 13a<SB>2</SB>to 13a<SB>n</SB>, 14a<SB>2</SB>to 14a<SB>n</SB>, 16a<SB>2</SB>to 16a<SB>n</SB>, 17a2 to 17a<SB>n</SB>of the relay stations 3a<SB>1</SB>to 3a<SB>n</SB>, map data representative of a map including a guidance route up to the relay stations 3a<SB>1</SB>to 3a<SB>n</SB>decided around the relay stations 3a<SB>1</SB>to 3a<SB>n</SB>, and respective position data of a plurality of guide points decided related to the guidance route, and identification data of the relay stations 3a<SB>1</SB>to 3a<SB>n</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
