<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of performing the transmission of information such as commodity order information at a low communication cost by a Web system such as the Internet without using dedicated equipment such as a dedicated line. <P>SOLUTION: The communication system comprises a server 1 operated by an information administrator P1 and a client side information communication means 3 individually operated by one or a plurality of information users P2 mutually communicable with the server 1 through the Web system 9.
