<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary information management system capable of integrally managing individual dietary habits by enabling to utilize the information obtained by dining-out for improvement in individual service to customers and propose a dining-in on the basis of the information. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises an information reading means I provided in each dining-out shop, a customer specifying means 1 consisting of a card or the like for reading information of individual customers to the information reading means I, and a computer a or C connected to the information reading means.
