<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thin film solar cell by which performance degradation of the thin film solar cell due to a local short circuiting in a unit cell is prevented, and curling of a substrate in a SCAF-type solar cell can be suppressed in order to improve the performance and the manufacturing yield of the solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the single-sided thin film solar cell, after a plurality of unit cells are formed, the surface of a transparent electrode layer in each unit cell is covered with an adhesive resin except exposed parts for electrical connection. After each unit cell is heated at a prescribed temperature, each unit cell is subjected to a voltage-applied treatment via the exposed part. In the SCAF-type solar cell, after the plurality of unit cells are formed, an adhesive resin film is laminated on the transparent electrode layer and heated at a prescribed temperature, and then each unit cell is subjected to the voltage-applied treatment via a connecting electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
