<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll road charge collecting system capable of allowing truckload carriers to surely utilize an ETC of a toll road, and remarkably reducing the load in processing the data at a cooperative business association. <P>SOLUTION: This toll road charge collecting system is composed of union members 1 as the truckload carriers, the cooperative business association 2, a road management institution 3, a banking institution 4, and a credit guarantee institution 5. The credit guarantee institution 5 enters into a contract on the payment of guarantee money with the cooperative business association 2 and the banking institution 4, and deposits the guarantee money which should be deposited to the banking institution 4 by the cooperative business association 2, for the cooperative business association 2.
