PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a facsimile reception file received by a facsimile communication sequence to be transferred via a network not only an e-mail but also like a facsimile reception file received from a public channel or a real time facsimile. SOLUTION: An internet facsimile device comprises a LAN controller 22 having a function of transmitting/receiving by connecting to the network and a function of a facsimile communication via the network, and a net controller 19 having a function of facsimile communicating via the public channel. The device further comprises a command mail analytic means 25 having a function of deciding whether the receiving mail is a command mail or not, a function of analyzing the command mail, a function of selecting a transfer file according to a command of the command mail from the received mails, a function of selecting the transfer mail according to the command of the command mail from the facsimile receiving file, and a function of acquiring the transfer destination from the command mail.
