PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal which realizes calling termination without sending a response signal. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal is equipped with a transmission and reception part 11 which processes radio transmission and reception to and from the outer side, a man-machine part 13 having an operation mode setting means of setting transmission permission of an answer signal, and a communication processing part 12 which informs the man-machine part 13 of termination without sending a response signal when a calling signal received by the transmission and reception part 11 includes the number of this terminal and transmission is not permitted.
