PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient method for confirming information and system of information telecommunications. SOLUTION: The system comprises a server 400 to store information, a communication means 200 to communicate with the server 400 through a telecommunications line 300 and information devices 100 a and 100b having at least an operating means 50 to transmit information including at least text data to the server 400 in a case where a user is a sender and to receive the information from the server 400 in a case where the user is a receiver, an output means to confirm the information and a control means 40 to control these means. While the text data is read out by a voice means 60 which is the output means, the operating means 50 executes settings so that a display means 30 which is the output means can show the text data including the part to be read out in different kinds of characters by line, by word or by predetermined number of characters.
